My Name is Bob Gross. I have been in business since 1980, and an Enrolled Agent since 1993. I work with Individuals and Businesses with Tax Preparation, Tax Agency Issues, and Bookkeeping Needs. My business is Full Service and Year Round.

Tax Preparation: Tax Returns are professionally prepared and filed electronically for a quick refund.

Tax Agency Issues: As an Enrolled Agent, I can represent you on issues involving the Internal Revenue Service and any of the three California State Agencies as follows: Franchise Tax Board (Income Tax), Employment Development Department (Payroll Tax), and the State Board of Equalization (Sales Tax). Also, because I am licensed by the Internal Revenue Service, I can practice in any state. Issues may be as simple as a disconcerting letter to sort out, or can involve deeper issues such as multiple year non filing, not enough money to pay your taxes (Payment Plan), innocent spouse, and/or extreme circumstances that could qualify a person for an Offer In Compromise.

Bookkeeping Needs: I process small business “daily work” into Monthly Financial Statements that include a Balance Sheet and Profit/(Loss) Statement for the current month and the year to date. This type of bookkeeping includes all of the usual monthly and annual reporting, such as Sales Tax reports, Personal Property Tax statements, Workers Compensation, and other reports as required. You bag it – I process it! I provide full service payroll including new hire reporting, pay stubs, computation of monthly payroll deposits, quarterly & annual payroll reporting, and W-2s/W-3 at the end of the year. Other services include 1099 reporting, Research, and Problem Solving.
